Welcome

The Clayton Valley Garden Club was formed to bring together people in our area with

a common interest in gardening and to develop that interest.

We organized in 1997 after tour guests of the

Clayton Historical Society Gardens Tour expressed an interest in forming

a club to meet others who enjoyed gardening as a hobby.

Today we are a vibrant group of 70 members from predominately Clayton and Concord, California,
but welcome membership from any city.

Monthly Meetings, Open to the Public

Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month (February - November) from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Diamond Terrace, 6401 Center Street, Clayton, CA.

Each meeting features a lecture by an authority in some phase of gardening or a related subject. Recent topics have included: container garden design, plant propagation, and California native plants.
